Wacker Corporation manufactures heavy duty concrete and construction equipment. They required a utilitarian assembly plant office space and a corporate training center.

A strong corporate design was desired to reflect the company’s international identity. Architectural and Structural pre-cast is highlighted with continuous horizontal ribs, curved surfaces, and horizontal bands of deep blue glass. The building achieved a dynamic profile and unique corporate identity for the client.

Other projects included existing building renovations, a Lecture Hall, Manufacturing Wings, and a new Paint Building. The new Lecture Hall has tiered seating and is a space that can be utilized for corporate meetings and training by internal and outside groups. The Training Center provides classroom and hands-on training space for working with equipment.

Electrical provided power service for specialty equipment and distribution, and wireless switching for LED lighting. Mechanical Engineering facilitated a new HVAC rooftop unit location.
