Potawatomi Bingo Casino: So Much More than just Bingo

This $120 Million, 260,000 SF project was completed in 18 months in 2000, under budget, and all the while, the existing facility remained fully functional.

The Client’s ambition for the expansion was to express their culture, generate more than 1 million new customers, and draw Las Vegas caliber entertainers to Milwaukee.

The expansion opened with 25 blackjack tables, a 2,500 seat bingo hall, 1,000 slot machines, fine dining options, a Potawatomi Heritage Center, and the 600 seat Northern Lights Theater that houses A list live entertainers, such as B.B. King, K.D. Lang, and Aretha Franklin, just to name a few.

This project was awarded the National CMAA Award for projects over $100 Million in 2001.
