Jewish Home and Care Center: Created in Tradition

Meeting the needs of the senior population with expert and compassionate care in an environment rich in Jewish tradition.

The Jewish Home & Care Center provides long-term skilled nursing services to individuals with disabilities and dementia. The facility is also now equipped with the ability to provide shorter term rehabilitation, respite and hospice/end of life care services.

We were selected to provide plans for a phased renovation of the existing facility.
