Bradley Corporation:
Welcoming New Addition to Germantown

Bradley Corporation is a large replacement manufacturing facility for the industry’s leading manufacturer of commercial plumbing fixtures washroom accessories, and emergency equipment.

Bradley’s washroom accessories line is currently manufactured at this facility. Grab bars, mirrors, vendors, and other popular washroom accessories are shipped daily from this location. About 100 employees work in the facility. The facility features a 25-foot clear space for high bay storage of products and 5,000 SF of corporate office space.

Bradley combined operations from multiple leased locations to improve operational efficiencies. The nearly 200,000 SF master planned facility is designed to expand to nearly double its current footprint size with a future expansion of 113,000 SF additional space.

The project team successfully addressed the complications of wetlands, navigable waterways, and a large underground petroleum pipe line.
