Actuant Headquarters: Bringing a Company Together

Actuant Corporation, a Fortune 500 company that had experienced rapid growth through regional acquisition, required a large manufacturing space and corporate office for consolidation of its operations into a single location.

After finding an existing manufacturing plant property that met the organization’s size criteria, while offering additional land for expansion. The Harwood Engineering Civil Department handled the entitlement and municipal process, designed site development which included grading and erosion control/plans and site/paving layout along with utility plans. Our MEP Departments created a Design/Build Scope for the project. The overall development houses Actuant Corporation’s industrial, energy and engineered solutions divisions as well as the executive, financial and human resources offices.
