José is an accomplished engineering professional with 20+ years’ experience in design, management, construction, controls, instrumentation and electrical systems. His experience encompasses new and renovation projects ranging from simple to complex design scopes. Having expertise and a flair for innovation, Jose has been called upon to create innovative solutions to complex engineering electrical design systems. His experience includes the design of lighting power distribution, fire alarm and communication systems for government, commercial, religious, financial, industrial and healthcare markets.
José is recognized for his rapid response to client needs, respect for budgets, and time management. His academic training and design expertise positioned him to become a vital member of our electrical engineering design team and as a client relations manager.
Fun Fact / During the summer months when not in the office, José loves to chase the elusive hole-in-one at one of his favorite Wisconsin golf courses. “Fore!”

Scott is an integral member of the Harwood Engineering team, providing plumbing and fire protection system design from conceptual architectural plans. Scott’s experience includes healthcare, commercial, institutional, industrial, municipal, casinos, waterparks, recreational, financial institutions, and educational facilities throughout the United States.
Scott has extensive knowledge and experience in Revit, BIM coordination using Navisworks Manage,and AutoCAD. Through frequent collaboration to interface with various engineering and architectural disciplines, Scott recognizes the need for clear and concise, yet detailed construction documents and communication to best service his clients.
Fun Fact / Scott’s leisure activities include golfing and bowling. While both pastimes involve aiming a ball at a given target, Scott’s bowling game is a bit more up his alley with scores up to 230!
