Thomas Olejniczak, P.E., LEED A.P.
Mr. Olejniczak has an extensive background in civil engineering design as well as project and construction management. His work experience has included both private and public sector work allowing Tom to have a great understanding of the plan approval process. Tom's areas of experience include: Stormwater management, site development and redevelopment, sanitary sewer and watermain design, sanitary lift stations, gravity collections systems, subdivision design, water meter replacement projects, grading plans, erosion control plans, grant application writing, land surveying, municipal review, and construction permitting.
In addition, Tom is a LEED Accredited Professional who has been involved in the design and coordination of sustainable and LEED certified sites.
His years of experience in management and coordination of department operations have helped him excel in his position as Director of the Civil Engineering Department at Harwood Engineering. In this position, Mr. Olejniczak has worked on many projects ranging in size from small site developments to large scale municipal projects.
