Robert J. Lex, P.E.
Mr. Lex has been in Consulting Engineering since 1969, practicing the field of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Systems Design with secondary experience in the Design of Plumbing and Fire Suppression Systems.
His assignments have included systems based upon Geothermal, Variable Air Volume (VAV), Constant Air Volume, Thermal Storage, Chilled Water, Hot Water, Steam, Heat Pumps, Direct Expansion Refrigeration, and State of the Art Automatic Temperature Controls.
Mr. Lex has managed and designed projects for Hospitals, Hospitality, Office Buildings, Nursing Homes, Elderly Housing, Industrial Process, Multi-Family Housing, Schools, Factories, Warehouses, Technical Facilities, and Co-Generation.
Mr. Lex’s professional relationship with the Architectural and Technical Community has allowed him the opportunity to present seminars on Mechanical Systems, Controls, and Calculation Procedures. Most recently, he has conducted seminars on the changes to the State of Wisconsin Energy Codes.
